I appeared for GRE General Exame conducted by ETS, USA.
Scored quant: 680 , Verbal 310 and Analytical writting and analysis 2.5.
My graduation is in Engineering from pakistan, want to go for higher studies abroad.
Any one here can guide please.

You can apply for scholarships like Fulbright etc for US and Canada universities if your previous academic career is outstanding. Otherwise Europe and South East Asia are nice destinations for acquiring easy scholarships.

Erasmus Mundus (2009-2013) is a cooperation and mobility programme in the field of higher education that aims to enhance the quality of European higher education and to promote dialogue and understanding between people and cultures through cooperation with Third Countries. Foreign Scholarships
These scholarships are being offered to scholars who intend to continue their postgraduate studies abroad in MS leading to PhD programs being offered by international universities.

In addition, a number of scholarships are being offered to scholars to continue their postgraduate studies in the field of Economics and Finance abroad. Further, the scholarships provide awards for PhD scholarships to universities in leading European and Asian countries (including Austria, France, Germany, Netherlands and China) with low tuition fees. Up to 10% of the available seats are reserved to support the PhD level training of candidates who have been admitted to a group of carefully selected universities in advanced countries based on their expertise in various disciplines (e.g. Cambridge, Harvard, MIT etc).
